Return and complaint

Return of goods/Right to withdraw from the purchase/Damaged shipment
In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, you may return the ordered goods purchased for any reason within 14 days of receipt. 
The message is considered timely if the shipment is submitted within the time limit.

You must return the goods undamaged, in their original packaging and in the same quantity, together with the original invoice no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. The return option does not apply to products expressly stated, software, audio and video media, books and consumables, in the event that the original packaging or security seal has been removed. Any return costs will be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept ransom shipments !!

Upon return, the buyer can request a refund of the purchase price for the ordered product, but without delivery costs or postage, which the seller returns to him within 14 days at the latest, by postal order or by transfer to the current account. In case of refund of the purchase price by postal order, the costs of the postal order are covered by the buyer. At RiderPRO,™ we also offer the replacement of an item.

In the event that the package is physically damaged, its contents are missing or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with GLS Slovenia. Purchase process
  • Product selection
Each item is represented by a picture, description and price. When you decide to purchase one of them, click "TO CART". 
  • Shopping cart
The shopping cart collects information about your order (selected products, their quantity and price). In the cart overview, you can change the quantity of products or remove selected products from the cart.
  • Log in
When you want to complete a purchase in your cart, click "ORDER". If you've previously signed up for an Ecommerce store, enter your email address and password, However, if you are logging in for the first time, you need to register and activate your user account.

  • Registration, user account activation and order placement
In order to ensure data security and truthfulness, online purchase requires registration in the RiderPRO™ store. After filling out the registration form, you will receive an activation code and a link to the specified email address. It is only necessary to click on the link in the email and your account will be activated.

After logging in, check the contents of the cart again and proceed to click on "ORDER", where you enter the address to which you wish to receive the order ("delivery address") and the address to which you would like the invoice to be issued ("payer's address"). Select your payment method, check your details and click on "CONTINUE". In the last step, all that remains is to review the data and confirm the order (click on "CONFIRM ORDER"). In case you want to change the data, click on "BACK".

  • Purchase receipt
You will receive a confirmation of purchase to your e-mail address, and the products will be delivered together with the invoice to the selected address. In case you want additional information regarding your purchase, please refer to the order reference number found in the purchase receipt received.
